A petition against Panchayat and Health Minister Ajay Chandrakar regarding alleged amassing of property disproportionate to his known sources of income was on Thursday dismissed by Chhattisgarh High Court.
In a statement, Chandrakar later said that truth can never be defeated.
It may be mentioned here that petitioners KK Sahu and Manjeet Kaur Bal had filed a petition in the High Court alleging amassing of property disproportionate to the known sources of income of the Minister.
The Minister said that he believes in the Indian Constitution and has faith in the judiciary.
