Governor Balramji Dass Tandon has extended hearty wishes to people of the country on birth anniversary of Swami Dayanand Saraswati. In his message to the public, the Governor stated that Swami Dayanand Saraswati is one of those great personas, who pledged to awaken Indian society at the time when entire country was struggling under British rule.
