Governor Balramji Das Tandon on Wednesday took part in the concluding ceremony of the four-day sports event held on the premises of Ramakishna Mission in the district headquarters here.
The event was jointly organised by Ramakrishna Mission and Bhilai Steel Plant. As many as 1,000 students participated in the event and presented their talent in Athletics, Volley ball, Football and kho-Kho among others.
The Governor later also took a guard of honour from the March past. later, Tandon also gave away prizes. Present on the occasion was School Education Minister Kedar Kashyap.
