Health and Family Welfare Minister T. S. Singhdeo while dedicating the new X-ray D.R (Digital Radiography) machine for cancer patients at Regional Cancer Centre, Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar Memorial Medical College Hospital on Sunday said, government was taking all possible initiatives for ensuring better health services for the citizens of state.
He further said this most modern digital X-ray machine will provide details of parts of body within shortest period assisting in immediate probe and better treatment.
Now, at Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar Memorial Medical College Hospital a total of three most modern X-ray machines services are available to facilitate the patients, he further said.
As per information, Rs 1.5 crore worth high quality digital X-ray D.R (Digital Radiography) takes images with lesser time as it is transmitted to computer screen immediately.
It does not require analog film, cassette, dark room and chemical process, thus eliminating all the processes as image is directly captured and transmitted to view-station as digital image.
