The Government offices running in rented buildings in Raipur will now be shifted to the new Government blocks being established in the Indravati Bhawan in Naya Raipur.
Chief Secretary Vivek Dhand held a meeting with senior officers and issued instructions in this regard on Monday. Dhand asked the Divisional Commissioner of Raipur division Dr Bl Tiwari to hold discussions with all the departments in this regard and submit a detailed work plan in the next meeting.
Principal Secretary of Urban Administration Department RP Mandal, Secretary of General Administration Department Vikassheel, Collector of Raipur Thakur Ram Singh, Commissioner of Chhattisgarh Housing Board Sanjay Shukla, CEO of Naya Raipur Development Authority Amit Kataria, Director Estate AK Toppo and Vice-Chairman of Naya Raipur Development Authority SS Bajaj besides a number of senior officers of different departments were present in the meeting.
