Chief Secretary Vivek Dhand administered pledge to officials-employees of Secretariat at Mahanadi Bhavan on the occasion of National Voters Day on Wednesday.
Dhand administered the pledge of maintaining complete faith in democracy and maintaining the dignity of democratic values and also free, fair and peaceful election.
Officials-employees took pledge to use their voting rights in all the elections without coming under the influence of religion, caste, sect, community, language or any other temptation.
On the occasion, Secretary, General Administration department Vikassheel, Secretary, Panchayat and Rural Development PC Mishra, Secretary PHE Shahla Nigar, Secretary Tribal Caste and Scheduled Caste Development Ashish Bhatt, Secretary Home Arun Dev Gautam, Special Secretary Urban Administration and Development Department Rohit Yadav along with Chief Security Officer, Registrar and a large number of employees-officials of the Secretariat were also present.
