State Higher Education Minister Prem Prakash Pandey on Wednesday said that the State Government is making recruitments at regular intervals and conducting DPCs for promotions. “We will very soon fill up all vacant posts so that work is not hampered,” he said, while addressing a news conference at the Bilaspur Press Club here. He said that there is a shortage of teachers in colleges and universities. We should not open new institutions because already existing ones are not fully equipped. The topmost priority should be to fill all the posts and have full faculty and well equipped laboratories, Pandey said.
