The State government on Wednesday assigned new responsibilities to two Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers. According to the order issued by General Administration Department, the Joint Secretary and Director of Village Industries Department and Managing Director of Chhattisgarh Handicraft Development Board Vijay Kumar Dhurve has been appointed as Joint Secretary of Jail and Transport Department.
The Managing Director of Chhattisgarh State Handicraft Development and Marketing Federation limited, Chhattisgarh Khadi and Village Industries Board and Chhattisgarh Mati Kala Board, Shruti Singh has been given additional charge of Director of Village Industries Department and Managing Director of Chhattisgarh Handicraft Development Board.
