Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel on Monday said that the Governor's address had focussed on overall development of Chhattisgarh.
The address had paid attention to all sections of the society. It has the mention of farm loan waiver, procurement of paddy at Rs 2500 per quintal, SIT formed for probing the Jheeram valley massacre and proposed bill for protection of journalists, lawyers and doctors, he said.
The Chief Minister said that the BJP is unable to digest the pace at which the new Congress government had been working in the State and it might be thinking why it did not work at that pace when it was in power.
