A meeting of officials of Advocate General’s Office with senior police officials was held here at police headquarters in Nava Raipur on Saturday.
Director General of Police (DGP), Chhattisgarh, D.M. Awasthi chaired the meeting, which was attendant by ADG and IGs of the state, Advocate General Satish Chandra Verma and Additional Advocate General Vivek Ranjan Tiwari.
In the meeting, DGP instructed the police officials to ensure that the instructions of High Court are followed by the department within the time limit. It must be taken on priority and the serving of summons, and warrants, producing of case diaries and documents must be promptly done, he said.
