Public Works Department (PWD) Minister Rajesh Munat has directed officials to give special emphasis on the quality of the developmental works.
The directive was part of the review meeting held under ongoing lok Suraj Abhiyan at the District Collectorate here on Wednesday.
Munat also reviewed the works completed on National Highway 30 between Sukma and Konta.
He approved one kilometre long road connecting Motu Ghat Bridge and National Highway 30.
He asked the officials to complete the bridge construction work from Dornapal-Kalimela by December end.
The officials were further told to conduct a survey for the entry road to all the schools, ashrams-hostels and colleges.
The Minister also asked for installing water harvesting system in all the newly constructed buildings of the district.
