The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) District president Ashok Pandey has demanded from the Chief Electoral Officer in a statement that an FIR must be filed against Raipur Mayor and Congress candidate Kiranmayi Nayak for making false allegations in her facebook post that ADM Sanjay Agrawal through a Patwari has filed an FIR against PWD Minister Brijmohan Agrawal at Purani Basti Police Station in the city.
To our knowledge there is no crime registered against any Minister at Purani Basti Police Station in Raipur, he stated in a statement issued here on Friday.
Pandey said that the message was posted on October 19 in the facebook page of Kiranmayi Nayak which had the Indian National Congress (INC) poll symbol while also a picture of the National Emblem which is a violation of the Model Code of Conduct.
