Chhattisgarh Food Minister Amarjeet Bhagat on Sunday provided financial aid of Rs 25,000 each to three international basketball players of Surguja district.
The players are Shabnam Ekka, Neetu Ekka and Ribina Lakra, all of who met the Minister during his visit in Surguja.
Encouraging the players, he said the state government is ready to extend all possible help to promote them and the game.
Under the Khelo India programme, the state government encourages players for their excellent performance.
