Exit polls are not ‘real result': BJP

Exit polls estimates through survey are not 'real result'. People have restored total faith in the BJP for the fourth time in Chhattisgarh so the party is going to form the government in the State, Chiefs of BJP’s various cells said on Sunday.

In  a joint statement, State BJP Kisan Morcha President Poonam Chandrakar, State Youth Cell President Vijay Sharma, Scheduled Tribe Cell President Siddhanath Paikra, Minority Cell President Dr Salim Raj, Scheduled Caste Cell President Krishnamurthy Bandhi and Other Backward Commission Cell Komal Janghel in a joint statement said that people have provided blessings to the party for a healthy and public welfare oriented government in state.

More than the survey of the exit polls, the party has its own faithful party workers on the ground working with dedication,” the leaders said.

“Congress leaders are making claim for the victory but their joy will not remain for long. The party is relying on the favourable exit polls but they will have to face the ground reality soon after the counting,” they said.

The joint statement further stated that under leadership of Chief Minister Raman Singh, BJP has worked for progress of all the farmers, tribals and other citizens of the state through government's welfare programmes. The people have for the last 15 years experienced the pro-people policies therefore have total faith in BJP and its government, they said.
