Chhattisgarh Pradesh Congress (CGPCC) President Bhupesh Baghel on Sunday said that over 28 lakh applications received out of State’s total population 2 .55 crore people has every fifth person of the State surrounded by grievance.
During the lok Suraj Abhiyan, most of the people handed over their applications for redressal of grievances related to Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, inclusion of names in BPl card, old age pension, destitute pension, Ujjawala Yojana etc, he said while addressing a press conference here.
Baghel demanded to declare the exact number of applications received during lok Suraj Abhiyan at the Cabinet meeting scheduled to be held on May 23 besides disposal of the people’s grievances at the earliest.
