District Collector Ritu Sen has asked the officials of ‘Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan’ to ensure immediate repair of dilapidated toilets in Government schools. She said that all the schools in the district should also have toilets. Sen was chairing a meeting to review the construction works done under Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan.
Assistant Project Coordinator, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, Janpad Panchayat Chief Executive Officer, Development Block Resource Coordinator and Engineers of various construction agencies were present on the occasion. The Collector directed all the officials to work in coordination with each other and to get an outstanding result. During the meeting, the concerned engineers and sub engineers were directed to monitor construction works regularly.
