Collector P Dayanand at a time-limit meeting held here instructed the officials to ensure completion of all the on-going development projects within the prescribed time-limit.
He asked them to extend benefits of the welfare schemes to maximum number of people. During the meeting, the Collector said that officials should adopt schools and inspect them on a regular basis. They should also review the status of academics and other activities along with boosting-up the morale of teachers and students, he said.
Dayanand said that the officials should ensure that quality education is given to the students apart from maintaining educational environment in schools.
He asked them to present the inspection report to him.
The Collector instructed the Janpad Panchayat CEO to submit the report of construction of lavatories in the Gram Panchayats and urban units.
Gram Panchayats and other areas would be declared ODF after the construction of lavatories and thereby ensuring their proper usage, he said.
In the meeting, the Collector reviewed progress of different schemes of Panchayat and Social Welfare, PWD, Water Resources, PHED and other departments.
