Collector Ankit Anand on Tuesday said that constructing a building is a huge responsibility resting on the shoulders of an Engineer as it involves money as well as risk to the life of persons who will reside in such buildings.
He was speaking at a function to pay homage to Bharat Ratna late M Vishveshwariya on Engineers Day here.
Anand said that it is only the Engineer who can ensure quality construction of any building.
The Collector said that the girl students should be encouraged to study engineering as it provides a bright future for them.
