An elderly woman villager voiced her heartfelt blessings for Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel after she was issued a ration card within 30 minutes of his instruction during a meeting with people in Daura village.
During a village 'chaupal', on the urging of the 67-year-old, Kabilaso, Baghel directed the officials concerned to make a ration card on the spot.
The ration card was made within half hour.
Handing over the ration card to the elderly, the Chief Minister asked her if she was happy. The woman became emotional and blessed Baghel by placing her both hands on his head.
People present at the event broke into a spontaneous applause.
