Raipur Division Railway Manager Kaushal Kishore has launched an online mobile based application named ‘Safai’ for monitoring ‘on board housekeeping service’ (OBHS) in the passenger trains.
Raipur will be the centre for monitoring in all three divisions that fall under South East Central Railway (SECR) zone.
The OBHS has been launched earlier by Indian Railways to ensure cleanliness in coaches of running trains. The passengers can register their complaint or request through SMS, mobile application or online.
The web-based OBHS monitoring system will cover all the trains passing through Raipur Railway Division under South East Central Railway zone.
