Director Medical Education Dr S. S. Adile was on Thursday given additional charge of superintendent of D. K. S. Super Specialty Hospital and Research Centre, Raipur by shifting Dr K. K. Sahare from the post.
Dr Sahare has been appointed as professor of Anesthesia department, Pt Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Raipur. He will look after all the D. K. S. Super Specialty Hospital and Research Centre, Raipur related cases as nodal officer and will deal with all the cases related to Chhattisgarh High Court.
Dr Sahare was appointed as the superintendent of the DKS hospital replacing Dr Puneet Gupta, after several cases were filed against him, after the Congress government came to power. Dr Puneet Gupta, an accused in a financial misappropriation case secured anticipatory bail and had appeared before the police in connection with the case.
