DPS Raipur girl wins full US varsity scholarship

Firm resolution paved the way for Sakshi Nag, a student of Delhi Public School (DPS), Raipur to avail full (100 per cent) President’s Charter Scholarship to pursue an undergraduate course at the University of Texas, Arlington, USA, a Press release issued from the School stated.Supplementing the indefatigable milestones throughout her academic years in school, Sakshi, a Physics, Chemistry, Maths student did not falter in her objective and longing to study abroad either.

She appeared in a number of entrance examinations of University of Texas, Arlington, University of Washington, Seattle, Massachusetts, Houston, Dallas, Arizona State  University, creditably satisfying the admission criteria and securing full scholarship, a rare privilege recognised by these prestigious Universities. 

An email confirming her enrollment at Arizona State University even certifies her as having skills and abilities that they are seeking for in the students for their Sun Devil Community, it stated.

In recognition of her proven commitment to academic excellence, DPS Raipur Pro Vice Chairman, Baldeo Singh Bhatia and the General Secretary, Vijay Shah congratulated her and hoped that she would continue to shine demonstrating a high level of competence and proficiency in all her subjects at the University.
