State Co-Operatives Minister Dayaldas Baghel on Wednesday reviewed the work on purchase of paddy, gunny bags facility, transport and distribution of RuPay cards. He directed the officials to convert Kisan Credit Cards into RuPay cards as per the directives of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Baghel called upon the officials to distribute 10 lakh RuPay cards to farmers by March 31, 2017.
Gunny bags should be made available to farmers at the paddy procurement centres, he said.
