Gariaband District Panchayat chief Shweta Sharma encouraged the Mitanin participants in a workshop organized on Health Panchayat Jansamvad issues. She told them that they need to play a vital role in the Panchayat.
“Mitanin is associated with the health safety of every villager and responsible for initiating the treatment of villagers,’’ maintained Sharma. Adding that “Government health schemes can be improved only with the active coordination of Mitanin and Health department officials’’. Sharma advised the Government officials to work in collaboration with Mitanins and provide the latter’s honorarium on time. She stated that Mitanins are linked to social services sector and they leave no stone unturned to ensure the healthy life of people.
Meanwhile, District Panchayat vice-chairman Paras Thakur applauded the job of Mitanins. He said Mitanins play an important role in conveying the government schemes to the villagers.
