Surguja Collector Ritu Sen, in the meeting of Revenue officers held at the district office on Monday, asked the sub-divisional officers and tehsildars to hold special camps to dispose of revenue cases.
She instructed the officers to reach office on time and to remain there for the immediate resolution of the problems of people. Sen instructed to provide assistance amount to the affected families of the victims of road accidents from the natural disaster relief fund within 24 hours.
While expressing displeasure over the slow progress in the works of removal of encroachments, disputed change of name, undisputable partition etc, the Collector asked the officers to ensure action within time limit. She instructed the superintendent land to provide khasra, naksha and B-1 to the tehsildar office within one week.
The collector asked the tehsildars to submit report of pending cases regarding Government land allotment to the district office. She instructed to dispose of the cases after visiting the places within 15 days and asked to speed up recovery of fine and land revenue.
