Chhattisgarh Pradesh Congress Committee (CPCC) Chief Bhupesh Baghel on Monday said that the budget presented by Chief Minister Raman Singh is nothing but disappointing for the people of Chhattisgarh.
Providing lakhs of smart phones to the villagers is the scheme to benefit private telecom companies despite not having better network coverage, Baghel said, adding the State government has not made any announcement for seventh pay commission scale whereas farmers of Chhattisgarh are again deprived from bonus on paddy.
