The Chhattisgarh State Power Transmission Company limited (CSPTCl) felicitated officers and employees for their outstanding performances, officials informed here on Monday. CSPTCl Managing Director Vijay Singh handed over a citation and cash Rs2,000 to the achievers in a formal function here. Dhanesh Kumar Dewangan (Assistant Engineer), Devi Prasad Kumbhaj (Assistant Engineer), Devi Prasad Kumbhaj (Grade-2), Raghubar (line Assistant Grade-2) and Dasri Ramu (Grade-2) were felicitated for their work.
Meanwhile, it was also decided that apart from employees being honoured on the Republic Day and Independence Day, good performing staff would be honoured separately. Such appreciation would encourage more employees of the company to improve their work. Executive Director RK Mehta and WR Wankhede along with Chief Engineer Sanjay Patel gave away the awards. Meanwhile, officials informed that an inter-regional classical singing, poem, music and instrument playing competition of the power companies’ officers and employees will be held on February 3 and 4 at its Dangania based office in the city.
