The Chhattisgarh State Power Distribution Company limited (CSPDCl) has introduced internet banking solution for its consumers for enabling them pay their electricity bill with ease.
Managing Director, CSPDCl Subodh Kumar Singh informed that the consumers can now avoid getting into long queues for paying their electricity bills by utilizing the internet banking solution and making payments online.
He said that nearly 11 lakh consumers are already making use of internet banking to pay their power bills through online mode in the State.
The users need to get a User ID and Password for making use of internet banking facility from their respective banks for making payment of bills on the website www.cspdcl.co.in .
The bills could also be paid by the consumers using Debit and Credit cards. The other option to pay the bill is through the ‘AirTel Money’ mode using the mobile platform.
Meanwhile, the CSPDC has issued orders for the appointment of 145 Assistant Engineers and 15 Shift Chemists. The Assistant engineers had been appointed in State-owned companies involved with power generation, transmission and distribution while the Shifts Chemists had been appointed in State power generation company.
