A State-level meeting to electrify every household in Chhattisgarh was held under the chairmanship of Managing Director of Chhattisgarh State Power Company ltd (CSPCl) Subodh Kumar Singh here on Thursday.
During the meeting, Singh laid the emphasis on ‘quality of power supply’ and use of new technology for various projects for their quick implementation.

Speaking at the meeting, Managing Director of the Power Transmission Company Vijay Singh provided updates on the progress of work of new lines and sub centres being established to develop the High Tension (HT) power system .
later, Subodh Kumar Singh directed that the Vigilance Department officials would have to identify residential areas where power theft is taking place and conduct surprise inspections and register FIR against power pilferers.
