Chief Secretary Vivek Dhand administered pledge of national unity and communal harmony to officials and employees at Mantralaya on the occasion of Rashtriya Sadbhavna Diwas (National Harmony Day) here on Wednesday. The National Harmony Day is observed on the occasion of birth anniversary of former Prime Minister late Rajiv Gandhi.
