The Covid positivity rate in Chhattisgarh has almost remained stable in the past week at 1.4 percent while the recovery rate has touched 97.5 percent. The number of Black Fungus cases rose to 327 on Thursday. A total of 41,073 tests confirmed 573 Covid positive persons. The number of patients discharged from hospitals is 1,152 while the active cases total 11,126. The average recovery in the state stands at 97.52 percent except Bijapur district with 87%, Harsha Puranik, Joint Director (PR), told the media on Thursday.Chhattisgarh has reported 327 mucormycosis cases. The number of patients discharged is 50. The death toll has risen to 23 and comorbidities have been blamed for 20 fatalities.
