The Covid-19 positivity rate in Chhattisgarh fell to 0.65 percent on Wednesday -- the lowest this year.
A Health Department statement said a total of 252 persons were found positive against 38,731 samples tested. It said no new cases were found in Rajnandgaon and Bemetara districts while the active cases in the entire state was 4,028. The positivity rate in 21 of the districts was less than 1 percent and it was 1.13 percent in seven districts. The lowest positivity rate in January was 1.55 percent, in February 0.89 percent, in March 0.81 percent, in April 11.3 percent, in May 3.7 percent and in June 0.97 percent.
