The contagious coronavirus is well under control in the state until now with 30 out of the 36 Covid-19 stricken people having recovered from the pathogen, the recovery rate in the state has climbed to 83.3%, said state health minister.
The curve for the positive cases too has flattened as no new case has been reported in the last couple of days, said health minister TS Singhdeo on Friday.
In a Tweet, Singhdeo thanked the healthcare care professionals of the state for the achievement and wished speedy recovery of the rest six patients being treated at the AIIMS, Raipur.
“At present only six active patients are being treated at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Raipur and all of whom are linked to the Katghora hotspot.
“The town of Katghora had until now contributed exactly 75% or 27 out of the 36 people stricken by the Covid-19 pathogen in the state,” Singhdeo said in his tweet.
