In Tendu Patta procurement issue, C’garh HC on Wednesday has ruled that the Govt could only move forward to give tender to the bidder of highest bid.
It has stayed the tender of lots given to the low bid tendu patta auctioneers and has demanded explanations from the auctioneers in three days.
BJP leader Santkumar Netam is the petitioner in the case regarding the matter hearing on which is in undergoing at two-bench court of Chief Justice T.B. Radhakrishnan and Justice Sharad Gupta. Noted Advocate Vivek Tankha is advocating for the petitioner Netam.
