Criticising the foreign policy of the Congress led UPA government at the Centre, BJP state president Ramsevak Paikra, on Saturday said that during the reign of the UPA government the image of India has crumbled at international level. Since the UPA government came to power at the Centre the sovereignty of the nation has been in danger, he added.
He said that Pakistani military had beheaded our army men and the Pak sponsored ultras have continuously been executing their evil designs in India. Now, one more neighbour has entered into our territory and put up their tent, but the UPA government has adopted a dilly-dallying attitude towards these serious matters. India should take stern action against the step of China, though it might be in a peaceful manner, he added. Paikra said that the foreign policy of the UPA government has totally failed and the sovereignty of the country is in peril. The Centre should think steadfastly over the issue, he added.
He said that with his magical leadership, former prime minister Atal Behari Vajpayee had made the world bow down before India, but he never compromised with the sovereignty of the country. Countries like China and America had put their heads down before the firm decisions of India and had declared the country a nuclear power, he added.
Without naming Sonia Gandhi, the BJP leader alleged that the UPA government has been under the direction of a foreign lady who has nothing to do with the sovereignty and nationality of India. Her feelings for India could never be that of a son of the soil, he added.
