District Collector Bheem Singh has asked concerned officials to ensure that 12,000 metric ton fertilisers were lifted by all 53 societies in advance. He added that for this purpose special camps should be organised. The Collector, while addressing a meeting here on Wednesday, asked the officials of Rural Engineering Services to ensure that all the works related with filling of soil at different spots under the ‘Mukhyamantri Gram Sadak Yojna’ should be completed by the end of May.

For increasing pisciculture in the district he instructed officials to invite proposals from all gram Panchayats for the 465 identified ponds in the districts so that maximum number of farmers could be benefited from the scheme.

Singh further asked officials to complete construction of toilets in all Anganwadi and school before June 15. According to Collector, Panchayat level district health department should organise health camps by the end of June.
