The Chhattisgarh Pradesh Congress Committee (CGPCC) will hold two meetings on Thursday to finalise its agitation strategy planned to gherao the Prime Minister’s office in New Delhi on December 10.
Following death of 13 women following sterilisation camps held in Bilaspur district, CGPCC had taken out a 125 km long protest-march from Pendari village to Raipur in Chhattisgarh, last month.
To finalize its strategy for the proposed plan to gherao the Prime Minister’s office in New Delhi , the party has called a meeting of its office-bearers, district and city presidents, the district In-charges and Media Cell in Congress Bhawan at 11 am on Thursday.
CGPCC Chief Bhupesh Baghel and ClP leader, TS Singhdeo will address the meeting.later, a meeting of Congress legislative Party (ClP) will be held at ClP leader’s official residence at 6 pm to finalize their strategy to corner the State government on different issues during the winter session of the State Assembly scheduled from December 15 to 24.
