A delegation of Congress leaders led by its Chhattisgarh chief on Friday submitted a memorandum to Governor Anusuiya Uike seeking universal free anti-Covid vaccination for everyone.
Pradesh Congress Committee President Mohan Markam said the memorandum urged the Central government to give the vaccine to every Indian irrespective of age.
The delegation also included Agriculture Minister Ravindra Choubey, Forest Minister Mohammad Akbar, Labour Minister Dr Shiv Kumar Dahriya, MLA Satyanarayan Sharma and Raipur Mayor Aijaz Dhebar.
