Internal bickering in the Congress party had led to formation of a Core Committee for Chhattisgarh Pradesh Congress Committee and it had let down its Chief Bhupesh Baghel, State BJP President Dharamlal Kaushik said on Friday.
In a statement, Kaushik charged that the factionalism had now become synonymous with Congress party and its Central leadership had failed to control it. It is a temporary remedy that the party had formed a ‘Core Committee’ and given joint responsibility of CGPCC to a group, he said.
The aim of Congress party is to anyhow regain power and this tendency in its leaders had resulted in factionalism, he said. The conflict between them is because of greed of power and almost all the leaders are gripped with it, Kaushik said.
