The workers of Raipur City District Congress Committee have decided to gherao the residence of CM Raman Singh during the morning hours on Thursday to protest alleged corruption in distribution of ration cards, bicycles and Nagar Surjaj Abhiyan, a press release by Raipur District Congress Committee President Vikas Upadhyaya stated.
