The Congress is going to hold Tiranga Yatras in all 90 assembly constituencies in Chhattisgarh from August Kranti Diwas, which falls on August 9.
Chhattisgarh PCC chief Mohan Markam on Sunday said Congress leaders and activists will cover a distance of 6,750 km in six days. The yatras from different assembly areas will culminate in Raipur on Independence Day, August 15.
Freedom fighters will be remembered during the event, Markam said.
He appealed to the people to extend their support to the Yatra and to revive the feeling of patriotism which prevailed during freedom struggle.
