The state Congress party has charged State Government for making ridicule of Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission (CGPSC). In past 10 years the State Government has not been able to organise a single State PSC exam successfully, which was free from any kind of controversy, stated Sushil Anand Shukla spokesperson Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) on Saturday.
Shukla further charged that it was due to inactiveness of BJP government that an entire generation of youth crossed the stipulated age limit for government jobs in state. “The State PSC has constantly remained under dispute. Dispute in the appointment of Chairman or members of the commission, dispute in the name of questions asked out of syllabus or selection of non-qualified candidates,” alleged Shukla and added that the scaling system introduced by state PSC has once again hampered the future of youths in State.
CGPSC without understanding the merits and demerits of scaling system applied it, said Shukla. In any conditions marks obtained could not be greater than total marks. “In comparison with arts subject student of science are able to score good marks to end this disparity scaling system is applied. By using reducing system or any other system marks obtained could not be more that total marks, maintain Shukla and accused that in the veil of scaling system favourites one's are being obliged.”
He further said CGPSC has totally failed in developing a transparent system. The appointment of officials PSC is based on the political affiliation. The State Government never wants that CGPSC should work properly and flawlessly, PCC spokespeson
concluded.
