Cong spokesperson seeks legal action over ‘undue’ appointment of Jageshwari Bisen

State Congress spokesperson Vikas Tiwari on Thursday sought legal action over alleged illegal appointment of Jageshwari Bisen-- wife of Arun Bisen, a former OSD and a close aide of former chief minister Raman Singh—in Naya Raipur Development Authority (NRDA).

Tiwari citied what he claimed to be proofs of wrongdoings in the appointment done during the erstwhile BJP regime.

The Congress spokesperson in a complaint claimed that Jageshwari Bisen was “unduly” appointed in Naya Raipur Development Authority (NRDA).

In a press conference held here at party’s state headquarters Rajiv Bhawan, Tiwari demanded complete recovery of salaries paid to Jageshwari as an IT officer of the then NRDA.

He also demanded action against the then CEO who gave her the appointment and also demanded legal actions against the guilty official.

Tiwari also accused that Jageshwari while working in the NRDA at a high salary of Rs 1 Lakh per month was also a regular student of Masters in Business Administration (MBA). How she could do both the work at the same time, he questioned.
