The Opposition Congress on Monday accused the ruling BJP Government in the State of ‘snatching morsels’ of the poor by rejecting their ration cards.
State Congress president Bhupesh Baghel and leader of Opposition TS Singh Deo in a statement here said that the way ration cards were being rejected across the State, it has triggered a massive outcry across Chhattisgarh. The Congress will never tolerate such the injustice meted out to the poor by the State Government. The Congress workers had already protested against the rejection of ration cards, they stated.
