Everyone has to complete the target of achieving digital membership of the Congress party within a stipulated time, All India Congress Committee's Chhattisgarh in-charge P.L. Punia said on Saturday.

He was addressing a review and training programme of the Raipur division of the Congress membership and digital campaign here.

Expressing satisfaction over the progress, Punia said that with digital membership subscription, the party will get the complete details of new members. It will be easier for them to take the programmes of the party to them.

AICC Secretary and state in-charge Saptagiri Sankar Ulaka said the ‘Digital age’ is a gift of former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi. Partymen have to make full use of the medium.

PCC President Mohan Markam said the target given to all the district presidents and in-charges has to be fulfilled at any cost. Accountability will be ensured. Some districts have given excellent results while others need improvement, he said.
