Former Chief Minister Raman Singh on Monday said that the Congress has ignored the issue of enforcing prohibition and also has nothing in the Governor’s address which promises to halve the power tariff of farmers as promised in its poll manifesto.
There is also no mention of unemployment allowance and allowance for senior citizens and there is a limit set on farm loan waiver, Singh said.
