State Congress leaders are obsessed with their parochial attitude, said the BJP state spokesperson Ajay Chandrakar. The Congress leaders, who play politics of corruption, scams and vote bank, have been seeking flaw in the public welfare schemes of the State BJP Government, he added.
Chandrakar said that the greatest sad state of affairs of the country was that the former coal secretary PC Parekh’s revelations has made the prime minister of the Congress led UPA Government, Dr Manmohan Singh, suspected in the coal allocation issue. Are the Congressmen, who speak at length about the alleged coal scam in Chhattisgarh and those who unnecessarily drag the State Government in it, not aware of it or have become deliberately nitwitted, he questioned.
Chandrakar said, in view of the election, the state Congress leaders were talking in the interest of Chhattisgarh, which could be termed as their chronic non-treatable disease. Seeing the thoughts and working-style of Dr Raman Singh, they have lost their consciousness. This was the reason, they were finding fault and playing base politics in the public distribution system of Chhattisgarh, which acquired accolades, not only from the country but from across the world, he added.
He said the Congress never gave anything to the people of the state, except tears in their eyes. On the contrary, chief minister Dr Raman Singh has been working for wiping out tears from the eyes of people. He considers that when any person of the state left without food, the state chief has no right to sleep. This thought of the chief minister has resulted into happiness of the people of the state and they have blessed the state chief in the form of “Ek Vote – Ek Bhai”.
He alleged that when the state Congress chief Charandas Mahant was telling lies after lies, what to be said about of the other leaders of his party. The Congress wakes up once in five years, that too, at the time of election. Now, the situation is that the fear of defeat has gripped the Congressmen in such a way that they make baseless allegations and see Dr Raman Singh in their dreams in daytime also. The people of the state have prepared to wipe out the Congress from the state, he added.
