The assembly constituency wise Sankalpa Shivir of Dongargaon was inaugurated by the Chhattisgarh In-charge of All India Congress Committee (AICC), P.l. Punia and Chhattisgarh Pradesh Congress Committee (CGPCC) President, Bhupesh Baghel on Sunday afternoon.
In his address, Baghel criticised the State government for not providing the drought relief compensation and amount due of crop insurance to the affected farmers till date.
“It testifies the Anti-Farmer Policy of of the ruling BJP Government in the state”, he said.
Baghel also demanded from the government that looking at the grim situation of farmers in the State, the State Government should declare loan waiver.
He further appealed to the workers to gear up activities at the booth level itself as the strength of the party is with the workers, he said.
