Chhattisgarh Congress President Mohan Markam on Saturday said that 70 heads of communities have extended support for the ‘Jan Adhikar Rally’ of January 3.
The Congress will organize the rally on the issue of bills pending before the Governor regarding reservation. The event will be held at Science College ground, Raipur.
Markam said he had telephonic interaction and personal discussions with the heads of different communities. They had said they will participate in the rally.
Not signing the reservation amendment bills is affecting the future of the youth, they said. Congress workers of 90 assembly and 307 blocks will participate in the rally, said Markam.
