District Collector Shruti Singh has been focussing on integrated development of Gariaband district, officials informed.
The Collector’s work has been appreciated by Chief Minister Raman Singh for successfully implementing ‘Swachchh Bharat Abhiyan’ in the district due to her administrative ability and visionary approach towards understanding of social and geographical need for the executing the road map of development works, they informed.
She had taken keen interest in competing old development projects such as constructing four bridges on Mainpur-Kulhaghadighat route. Thousands of villagers have also been trained to promote the initiative of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s cashless transaction campaign through lok Sewa Kendras in each Janpad Panchayat.
